In the time-honored custom of scribbling an idea on a coaster ‘s back in the pub, Two Feet & a Heartbeat started. Two friends, who both had spent several years travelling, realised that some towns, particularly their home town of Perth, were harder to get under the skin of than others. There have been storeys waiting to be revealed, and locations waiting for discovery. A few months after that fateful pub night, Two Feet has become Perth’s first walking tour company.
Two Feet has grown into a multiple award-winning provider of experiential travel, specialising in fully accompanied tours across Western Australia. Our clients get a unique perspective on the landscapes, people, community, food and history of Perth and Western Australia, from thematic walking tours and progressive dinners in the urban area to extended air safaris around the rugged outback.
We have extremely innovative, special programme itineraries in Perth and western Australia to suit any group size. It’s our local knowledge, proven relationships with the community, and the desire to think outside the box that distinguishes us. Our interactions are designed to be fun, conversational, insightful and engaging. In contemporary definition, we have developed a reputation as a leader, allowing our guests to really relate to their destination and have meaningful experiences.
Two Feet still provides the original and best guided walking tours in Perth, at the core of the business’ existence. Our team of high-caliber guides, who host visitors in a professional but comfortable way through our award-winning itineraries, is at the core of all our services.
All materials are fully investigated and we have strong relationships with the National Trust, the Heritage Council, Heritage Perth and the Government of the State. The indigenous quality of our tours has been endorsed by revered elders for their accuracy and cultural sensitivity. We are a brand that has the confidence of key organisations like Tourism Australia, Tourism Western Australia and the Perth Convention Bureau.
